Michael Proper - Chief Executive Officer 
During the past 16 years, Michael has helped start and grow numerous companies in the IT sector. Prior to founding ClearCenter (an IT service delivery platform) & ClearFoundation (an IT Linux distribution) he started DirectPointe (an IT service company) & DPFS (an IT financing company) he also helped launch and establish Calculated Research & Technology and Veritas Solutions (both IT solution companies). Michael is a creator and knows how to produce results by rounding-up great teams and helping them to focus on simple yet measurable, transparent goals. In addition, Michael has successfully acquired & integrated many great IT companies, including iTOK, Center7 (Helpdesk & NOC), STI, System Works & S3. Peter Baldwin - Chief Technology Officer 
Peter was co-founder of Point Clark Networks where he focused on product development of the ClarkConnect Linux distribution. He produced several releases of the product since 2000 including release 4.3 prior to the ClearCenter acquisition. Peter has worked in South Africa and Zimbabwe as an Internet Consultant and in Canada for EDS. Peter has been a licensed professional engineer in Ontario since 1997. He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering with honors from Queen's University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
Benjamin Chambers - Chief Software Architect
Benjamin was co-founder of Point Clark Networks. He was an active developer on the ClarkConnect Small Business Server and Service Delivery Network platforms and managed Point Clark Networks’ Value Added Reseller network spanning forty countries and focused on deploying managed, Linux-based solutions to the SMB market. He has an Engineering degree from Queen’s University (Kingston, ON) and has been a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng.) in the province of Ontario since 1996.
Devin Johnson - VP Operations 
In the last ten years Devin has directed many companies in multiple industries. He has illustrated a talent and love for serving the customer. His motto has always been, "Customer Comes First". During his time in the advertising industry his team was featured nationally for outstanding excellence in the publication sector. Devin directed procurement and operational activities as a key decision maker with DirectPointe where he helped grow revenue to an all time high while cutting costs by hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Devin is responsible for all Global Operations and Channel Program Development at ClearCenter.
David Loper - VP Technology 
Since 1980, David has worked extensively with nearly every major computer-related technology. He enjoys electronics, physics, theater, and gaming. In the mid-1990s he was introduced to Linux and has been a proponent of Open Source ever since. He has worked on a variety of projects including Network/Telecom design, Server infrastructure architecture, Database integration projects, and Cross-platform Identity/Security integration. His 'there has to be a way' attitude brings practical and useful innovation to ClearCenter. Prior to joining ClearCenter, David worked with Corel, Metrix BPM and DirectPointe.
David Saedi - VP Certifications 
David possesses more than 29 years of management experience in the certification industry. Including founding the National Trust for Emerging Standards in Testing (NTEST) and helping to start and lead Certiport’s efforts in development of the world's first globally recognized standard for digital literacy - the Internet and Computing Core Certification (IC³). Companies like Microsoft and Adobe and Educational Testing Services (ETS), selected Certiport to help develop and deliver application specific certifications. During David’s tenure Certiport expanded operations to serve populations in more than 140 countries and 24 languages, further David founded the Global Digital Literacy Council comprised of educational leaders from 30 countries to oversee and ensure continued currency and relevancy of the global standard. David holds an MBA from the City University Business School in London, England.
Michael Simpson - VP Leadership & Execution 
Michael has served as Managing Partner at eBusiness Advisory and Consulting Services (eBACS). He also held the position of Senior Consultant / Executive Coach at FranklinCovey for many years. He was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at MediConnect, and Vice President of Business Development at America To Go. He has worked as a Senior Consultant at PwC Consulting. Michael has a deep background in education, holding an MA, Organizational Behavior from Columbia University in the City of New York, an MOB Organizational Change and Leadership from Teachers College of Columbia University, and a BA, International Relations from Brigham Young University.
Colin Kelly - VP Marketing
Colin has spent the last 10 years researching and analyzing computer hardware, software, open source, and smartphone industries focusing on business models, customer demographics and User Interface/User Experience design. He was a co-founder of Connect magazine covering the intersection of business, technology and entrepreneurship. Prior to launching Connect, he was a founding team member and Director of Technology for DigitaliQ magazine. Colin is an associate editor for CrossTalk, the Journal of Defense Software Engineering. Prior to joining ClearCenter, Colin oversaw all marketing and public relations programs for Celio Corp.
Mark Mongie - Creative Director 
Mark has been involved in the interactive industry since immigrating from South Africa in 1992. His creative career spans two decades in industires as diverse as advertising, video games, web and packaging design. Before joining the ClearCenter team, Mark served as Senior Art Director at Electronic Arts on top-selling video game titles like Madden NFL, Nascar and NCAA Football. Mark received an award from the Visual Effects Society for his work on the launch of NFL video games at the debut of Xbox360. He has worked on User Interface design projects for Disney, Comcast, The NBA, Activision, and Compaq, and remains active in developing next generation UX experiences in rich media applications.
Aaron Bylund - Marketing Manager 
Aaron is driving adoption and awareness of ClearCenter technologies on a global scale. Aaron was a Project Manager and Consultant at Global Private Equity, worked in Site Development/Search Engine Optimization at Sebo Marketing, and assisted with web development at Sharp Media Interactive Development. He is a founder of CollaborActive. Aaron specializes in graphic design, web development, UI Design, SEO, SMO and marketing.
Darryl Sokoloski - Head Software Engineer
Darryl brings over 15 years of professional software development experience to ClearCenter. He has spent the last 9 years working as a software developer at Point Clark Networks. During that time Darryl has been mainly focused on developing the secure protocol components of the Service Delivery Network.
Edwin Gualotuna - Finance Manager 
Edwin Gualotuna has been involved in the Accounting business for many years, and has experience in A/P, A/R, Payroll, Taxes for Individuals and Corporations, General Ledger. In 2005 Edwin received his BS in Accounting from Utah Valley University. Edwin has a deep background in accounting with small businesses and in 2003 he successfully started a private accounting firm. Edwin is very excited to be part of the ClearCenter team.
Shad Lords - Core Build Manager
Shad brings to ClearCenter more than two decades of extensive systems and software development experience. He has a passion for open source ecosystems having served as a quality assurance tester for the CentOS Project and a Core Developer for both the ClearFoundation and SME Server. He has held a variety of positions within the public and private sectors over the last 20 years including stints at the State of Utah, Department of Technology Services, Contribs.org, Turbyne, and Nycom. Shad earned a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science degree at Brigham Young University.
