Question - Do ClearCARE credits expire?

Answer - Any unused credits will roll over to the next year, provided the ClearCARE subscription is renewed.

Question - Do I need a ClearCARE subscription for every ClearOS system I register?

Answer - No.  ClearCARE provides support for any number of systems registered back to a ClearSDN account that has a ClearCARE subscription.

Question - I've registered my ClearOS system using the ClearSDN Free service. Can I buy support credits to gain access to support services from ClearCenter?

Answer - To deliver support from ClearCenter's ClearCARE service, we require, as a minimum, that the system be registered to a ClearSDN Standard or Premium service level.

Question - What happens if my problem was a result of a bug in the software or service?

Answer - We will first thank you being an integral part of the Open Source Software process (finding and reporting a bug).  We will then happily refund all credits associated with the support ticket.
