Q: How often do I pay?
A: ClearCenter subscriptions are available on a 1, 2 or 3 year term. Discounts of 10% and 20% apply on all subscription for the 2 and 3 year terms, respectively.

Q: Does ClearCenter offer discounts for educational use?
A: Yes. Please contact sales@clearcenter.com for available discounts if your organization plans to use ClearCenter products/services in an educational environment.

Q: Do I pay more to use a ClearCenter Partner?
A: No - not for the core subscriptions/services. However, ClearCenter certified partners may provide far more than subscription services in deploying ClearCenter solutions (training, localized support, SLAs, managed services etc.). You can benefit from working with a qualified partner to review your online services requirements and help configure a solution that meets your specific business needs. The customer is responsible for ensuring that its support issues are handled by individuals that have sufficient training to configure and maintain the operation of the software. For this reason, ClearCenter recommends working with a certified ClearCenter partner if your organization does not meet this criteria.

Q: I have already paid for some services – can I add additional services or support at a pro-rated cost?
