"Since my ClearOS post from two years ago has been still generating traffic, I thought I would do a follow-up now. For anyone who doesn’t know, ClearOS is a network, gateway, and server platform. It is a culmination of a lot of projects, most noted would be that is it based in part on CentOS. With such a firm server foundation it is easy to see how they have created such an enjoyable system. After installation I was greeted by a clean post-installation-settings page which cleared up some of the other settings (language, network, timezone, etc). Following that I was presented with this amazing administration screen…ClearOS definitely made me feel like I was living in 2011. Servers should present admins with a please, clean-cut administration panel. And this operating system did that and more! I hope this Linux distro will be adopted by more web admins everywhere to better the web by making graphical servers the new black. I would highly recommend this OS for anyone in need of an all-in-one server solution."
